Chickpea Tortillas
- 100g chickpea flour
- 150ml water
- A pinch of salt & turmeric
- 1 tsp olive oil

How to Build It
- Tortillas: Mix the flour, water, salt, turmeric. Pour in hot pan. 2 mins per side. Two rounds. Easy.
- Cook the beef: Onion, spices, beef. Sear it. Don’t hold back.
- Mix the sauce: Yogurt, lemon, garlic, herbs. Chill and punchy.
