How to Build It

  1. Tortillas: Mix the flour, water, salt, turmeric. Pour in hot pan. 2 mins per side. Two rounds. Easy.
  2. Cook the beef: Onion, spices, beef. Sear it. Don’t hold back.
  3. Mix the sauce: Yogurt, lemon, garlic, herbs. Chill and punchy.
